Seg-el hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, den Rud seines Hauses wiederherzustellen und Gleichheit und Frieden auf den Planeten [[Krypton]] zu bringen. 200 Jahre später wurde Superman geboren.

Krypton ist eine US-Amerikanische Sciene-Fiction entwickelt von David S. Goyer und Damien Kindler für den Sender Syfy. Eine komplette Erste Staffel wurde am 11. Mai 2017 geordert, eine Ausstrahlung ist für Frühling 2018 angedacht.

Am 22. Mai 2018 bestellte Syfy eine Zweite Staffel. Am 16. August 2019 wurde die Serie abgesetzt.

Handlung

Staffel 1

In Krypton lernt man Seg-El, den Großvater von Superman welcher wiederum auch als Kal-El bekannt, ist besser kennen. In dieser Zeit war das Haus El in Verruf und geächtet. Seg-el hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, den Ruf seines Hauses wiederherzustellen und Gleichheit und Frieden auf den Planeten Krypton zu bringen. 200 Jahre später wurde Superman geboren.
